MONDAY

TUESDAY

9:00am PodFlow w/Tara

This energetic vinyasa class is suitable for all levels of practitioner. Modifications will be offered for beginner level students while more advanced students can also expect a good challenge. Classes are diverse, as the specific teacher will bring their own creative element, and each class focuses on proper alignment techniques and safe and intelligent sequencing progressions. Some previous yoga experience is suggested. Classes are 60 minutes long.

6:00pm PodFlow w/Tara

FRIDAY

SATURDAY

10:30pm Gentle Yoga w/Tara

This class is designed for the novice yoga practitioner to the seasoned yogi looking to fine tune their practice. The pace is slower than a typical vinyasa flow class, allowing students time to explore their alignment in the postures. Each class provides the tools and techniques necessary to build a strong yoga practice and offers a great opportunity for beginners to create a solid foundation. After learning the basics, students will leave feeling confident to attend any Level One or All Levels classes.

SUNDAY

4:00pm PodHot w/Tara

This class is a set series of postures practiced in a room with added heat and humidity designed to build strength, balance, flexibility and promote a detoxifying sweat. The class includes breathing exercises, a standing series and a floor series. This 60 minute class is set to music and are suitable for beginners to advanced students. A towel is a must and water is recommended. Please come to class well hydrated.

5:30pm PodFlow w/Tara
